As of now Turlock's population seems pretty stable. There is no need for an increase in kids and turlock is seen as a family town. Because of this, people here generally stick to the average family, two kids per household. On the other hand East Towns population is heavily dropping. This town is very very small and I presume boring with no opportunities which may account for many emigrations. Detroit's population seems to fluctuate back and forth but overall has a steady increasing trend. This may be because of Detroit's poverty ridden background. More kids mean more helping hands, something a family may need in those circumstances.
